| 1. Multiple Accounts |
| You are allowed to create 1 and only 1 account for this game.
You are also not allowed to create an account for a friend or family member.
If you decide to create multiple accounts and you get caught doing so,
your accounts will be deleted and you will be banned from participating in Nemesis War.
If you can not access the game with your original account anymore, do not create a new one.
Instead, inform the administrators of the game and they will resolve the issue for you.
If you want to change your username, don't create a new account. Inform the administrators
and they can help you with this.

2. Account sharing |
| At no point in time will you share you password credentials with anyone else allowing them to
take control over your account. You will also not accept password credentials from other people to
take ownership over their account. Expected abuse of this rule needs to be reported to the administrators
of the game immediately. If you are being caught sharing accounts with another player,
the accounts of all involved players will be deleted and all players involved will be banned from the game.

3. Reporting suspected abuse of rules 1 and 2 |
| If you suspect someone from breaking rules 1 or 2, you shall not start an argument with those players.
Instead you shall report it to multi@nemesiswar.net and the administrators of this game will take action
accordingly.

4. Game communication |
| All in game communication must be done through the game system.
Please always keep in mind. Talking about the game situations to others outside the game (OOGC) is
giving a limited group of players an unfair advantage and is therefore considered as cheating.
Sure you can have nice chats about everything but game strategies on the forum or wherever you like.

5. Abusive Language |
You are not allowed to use any kind of abusive language in the game. The definition of abusive language is simple.
If a person has been offended or language is used without having the possibility in mind,
that under-aged players may be present, then this is abuse. Also racial abuse will not be tolerated.
Any of this is to be reported to admin@nemesiswar.net.
- a. Depending on the content of the offensive text, you may be warned once or your account gets deleted, without warning.
- b. Reporting texts, which do not have offensive words in them, will result in you being warned.
Please always keep in mind that you talk to people the same nice way, you would like to be addressed also.
Language barriers can cause misunderstandings, but there is a limit to everything. So please lets respect each other.

6. “Managers” and Spamming |
At no point do you have any valid reason to be using any other program in conjunction with how Nemesis War
is presented to you through your browser. No program is allowed to have access to your game browser.
Any tools or programs you use, that give you an added advantage that is not available to all players is
therefore cheating, every bot or script that makes u do action on exact time periods gives u advantages
for example. Auto refresh toold installed in your browsers are not to be used with Nemesis War for server
workload reasons.
To use programs for mass mailing is also forbidden. Any other kind of spamming will be looked into.

7. Administration, Development & Support Team |
| These Development Teams are respected for their work here. We expect the same from you.
As this game is still a free game u don't complain about admins or any other Dev.Team member.
If you think an admin or any other member of these teams did something wrong then talk to him or her personally.
Nemesiswar.net is a registered domain and will not accepted to be used in other places then this game.
The domain is owned by twomt and Neha.

may also be reason enough for deleting your account.
