Nemesis War 2009 - Present Day |
|
After a small break, Nemesis War was relaunched at the end of 2009, beginning of 2010.
With short rounds, using reduced functionality game functions were rewritten, fine tuned and tested
for bugs. Some of the features, graphics or background stories have been permanently removed and will
return differently sooner or later. At this moment in time, Nemesis War is sort of a one-man (twomt)
show, which means that for now the focus is on keeping the game running, increasing the player base
and review, implement the most wanted features requested by those playing.

Nemesis War 2006 - 2008 |
With the agreement of Nick, we coded a new version of Nemesis War in fall 2006.
This resulted in new games from September 2006 onwards, several people have contributed
to the making and running of Nemesis War. Their names are listed here in alphabetic order to
credit them for their time and efforts.
Cheapshot, Darthmorbus, Feedhorn, Meteor, Nehalennia, Random John and twomt.
Might you believe you contributed to the making as well and your name is not listed,
don't take it personal, just get in touch with the admin and it'll be sorted.
Besides the above team, many of the players have played a very active role with their suggestions,
bug reports and more. Thanks to all for making this work, a real team effort.

Nemesis War before 2004 |
|
The original Nemesis War game was coded by our finnish friend Nick Shub.
Nick coded this based upon the Atari variant Edge of Chaos online, a 3 hour turn base game.
For reasons not to be repeated nor discussed here, Nick decided not to continue with Nemesis War.
Because of this in February 2004, the last of the original rounds came to an end.
